The deployment, a five-year contract, will see 16 Xtract One Gateway systems installed across a dozen or more entry points in two phases, reflecting growing interest in Xtract One Gateway from major convention and event facilities across North America.

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is one of North America's most active and high-profile convention destinations. The facility features 442,000 square feet of exhibit space, 77 meeting rooms, multi-purpose ballrooms, and a state-of-the-art theatre for performing arts and corporate events. The scale and diversity of events hosted at the MTCC, from international trade shows to large-scale corporate conferences, requires security infrastructure that keeps entry moving without disrupting the experience that has made the facility a top choice for event planners worldwide.

Security staff receive specific alerts identifying what triggered and exactly where on the individual's body, making secondary screening faster and more precise. The system's portability allows it to be repositioned and reconfigured between events without requiring new installation or calibration.
